Enter key code

I've gone through steps that include payment and Download to PC now looking to download, but my dashboard still says expired and the download wil not launch, and no place to enter my key code. As instructed I have clicked on theMy Account but keycode is not active to enter. How do I download now?

    Got it! just need to click ON the gear icon or double click it to come up with key code field no worries, cheers
