Every time I run a scan I get 27 threats removed. I can re run and still get the same thing.
Every time I run a scan, I get 27 threats removed. I don't believe they are removed because when I re run the scan, it still says 27 threats removed. How can I get the threats off my computer?
That number that you are talking about is the total number of threats that have been removed by Webroot in total since its installed and NOT the number that has been removed in that scan.
You can reset that number by running the following process:
1) Open the Webroot program
2) Click on the cog icon to the right of Utilities
3) Click on the "Reports" Tab at the top
4) Click on the "View Statistics" button
5) Click on the "Reset" button
