Every time I turn on my computer, my WR settings are "reset"

Every time I turn on my computer my Webroot settings are reset. The processes and programs I have set to "Monitor" are set as "Allow", my advanced settings are reset to defaults, and the "File Block/Allow Files" (PC Security tab) has lost all of the files and programs I spent HOURS adding (and I set every one as "Monitor").
 
What the heck is going on? This sucks.

Hello and Welcome to the Webroot Community!
 
Have you setup your Online Account Console? If not please do so here: Webroot SecureAnywhere Online Console once that is done set all PC's and devices to User Configuration as that will give you full control on each PC please see here for all settings: http://live.webrootanywhere.com/wsawebsitehelp After you done give it 30 to 45 minutes and do a couple of scans then set it up as you like!
