Hello markbernstein!

Welcome to the Community Forum!

Please go here to our User Guide

Have a look here  below,
 1. Open SecureAnywhere.
 2. Click the gear icon next to PC Security.
 3. The Scan & Shields panel displays, showing the shields on the right, with the View Active Connections button at the bottom of the list.
 4. Click View Active Connections. The window displays processes with currently active connections to the Internet and the status of your system ports.
 5. Click on a radio button to allow or block a process, or to allow or close a port.
Please let is know if you have more questions and will certainly will oblige!

Thanks,

Sherry,

Thanks for this, but when I went to the Active Connections screen, I didn't see radio buttons or the option to allow or block.  Any other ideas?

I'm afraid none of this is helping.  Here is the message I get when I try to download the application.  (The application, by the way, is Anymeeting, an online web meeting platform).  "There is a problem with this Windows Installer package.  A script required for this install to complete could not run."  Does this help identify the possible problem?  Thanks.  Mark

Can you please Submit a Support Ticket so that they can help you as it could be a simple thing of getting some files Whitelisted in the Cloud DataBase. http://www.brightcloud.com/platform/webroot-intelligence-network.php
