Right, so we know MBAM can work with other AVs provided you add exceptions in MBAM for the other AV's folder and vice versa. Now with WSA, you cannot add a folder as an exception which is very disappointing IMO, I want to exclude certain folders soemtimes but anyway...

1) Shall I add the Webroot folder as an exception in MBAM?

2) And how do I tell WSA to ignore MBAM or not scan for the same file? I am confused

Plese guide me

I found that Download crew still sell lifetime licenses for MBAM PRO

Hello @,

You should not have to add any exceptions to run MBAM with WSA. I''ve worked with quite a few customers that use both without error.

Webroot will not interfere with the detections of MBAM and vice versa, we have designed Webroot with this in mind.

In regards to file or folder exclusions, this is something that is currently being implemented.

You can find more information about this here.

I hope this helps and please do not hesitate to let me know if you require further assistance.
