When does this problem occur? Whe browsing online? It could also be an extension in your browser. Or does it happen all the time? Have you checked your Console for log errors? Your Logs can tell you what is causing the excessive wakeups.
 
To tell you the truth I own a Mac and I'm not having this issue of Excessive wakeiups. You might want to search the Apple Forum for troubleshooting this issue. Here's information here , I have reset my NVRAM before when having startup issues.

I think there is a log available somewhere on the Mac to see what apps are causing the wakeups. You may want to find that and see if there is one specific app that is causing the issue. Once that is found, you can possibly update/reinstall the app or uninstall it is it unstable.
