Aloha,
I have several sites that I must visit regularly for my work. I have added them to the "exclusion," list, yet alerts are still being generated. Am I missing a step? Do you have a tutorial or article that can help me resolve this frequent and annoying problem.
Other than this issue I am very satisfied with WebRoot and will definately continue to use it.

Can you explain as to what you mean by "have added them to the "exclusion," list," as it would be useful to understand precisely what confirguration you have done in resapect to the issue. Then perhaps we can look to asist.
