I have days left on my account but I get an expired message when I try to access my passwords

Can yo please provide the exact message yo uare seeing and precisely at what point you are seeing this? From where are you trying to access your passwords? Is that from the online console or via the browser toolbar icon?

I am going thru the console. The message I get says " Your keycode has now expired."

OK, and what does it say next to the 'Subscription' label smack bang in the middle of the main panel of WSA? That should indicate the number of days you have left. Do you have more than 30 days showing as remaining?

Yes I have 312 days remaining .

Are you sure that you are typing your credentials in properly? These are case sensitive and it may just be that something is not being entered in the format expected by the console. It should be the credentials with which you registered WSA originally.
 
If you have double checked and it is still doing this then I would Open a Support Ticket to get the Support Team to investigate as it is most probably something in the back office systems; we volunteers do not have access to those or any related information. In the SUpport Ticket remember to given them you keycode and the credentials you are trying to use so that they can check as to what is not aligned, etc.
