Expired substription

I purchased a 1 year renewal for Webroot in December 2014. Received an email verification with a new Keycode.  Used the new Keycode to update my devices. Now my subcription shows expired - less than 60 days later.  Tried to reenter the Keycode but it still shows expired.

Did you purchase from Webroot directly. If you did then please contact Webroot Sales
