Facebook blocking access, they claim my computer has a malware problem, why didn't webroot fix it?

Would you be able to give us some more information as to exactly what the message from Facebook stated, as if WSA believes that your system is clean then I would be inclinded to belive it rather than Facebook. There are known scams purporting to come from Facebook on this very topic hence the need for some more information on the threat.
