Welcome to the Community Forums.
The reason is because WSA believes that you do not have an active subscription. So we need to know what Sherry has asked and also when you belive your paid...it can take some times for a subsscription to renew especially is you have purchase/renewed via Best But/The Geek Squad.
But also would you check with your bank or credit card provider to see if the payment has been accepted/processed, as sometimes we find that it has not and that is the source of the issue.
