Filtering Extension freezes Browser when using Drop Box

I occasionally use Drop Box to share files and folders. After I go to my Drop Box account, and I click on any folder in the account, my Firefox browser freezes. I use Firefox ver 36.0 .
 
I disabled all my Firefox extensions, then enabled them one at a time. Drop Box worked after enabling each extension. When I enabled the Webroot  Filtering Extension (ver 1.1.0.57), Firefox freezes when I go to my Drop Box account and click on anything in Dropbox.
 
Is this a question someone here can help me with, or should I submit this question to Webroot support?

    Can you do this for they can look at your logs Please!
     
    Can you please run Webroot’s Log Gathering Tool and put your email address in it and after it's finished uploading then Submit a Support Ticket with the same email address and put in the ticket WSAlogs have been uploaded for the BrightCloud Team. And tell them you have Browser slow downs and if you could put some links in the ticket as well as the Browsers your having issues with.
