After Webroot install on PC with win 7x64 Pro Firefox will not start, getting: The application was unable to start correctly (0xc0000142) Tried Firefox reinstall still same problem. Ran compatibility trouble shooter still same problem

It seams a couple of others are having this issue and I don't know why as I have no issue so I would suggest to Submit a Support Ticket so they can get to the bottom of this.

Then install each addons (if you have them) to figure out if it is an addon based issue.
