Firefox and Webroot

Hi, I have a Webroot account and always used Internet Explorer.  No problems.  I recently switched to Firefox and received a message that Webroot is not compatible with Firefox.  Is this true and if so, What do I do?

    No this isn't ture! Webroot is completely compatible with Webroot! Did you Download FF from this site?
     
    Try this link! https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/all/
     
    I'd advise an uninstall of FF and reinstall from the site above.
