Is there any way to use our password managers while Webroot and Firefox work things out?

You can always log into the console to get your passwords that way. I know it's more work, but at least they are accessible. The other alternative is to temporarily switch to another browser until we get this sorted out.

Hi Nic,
That's pretty much what I thought. Well, I love Firefox, and don't feel the same about my other choices. I will just hang in there until you all get it worked out with Mozella. Thanks!

Hi KarenEM

Welcome to the Community Forums.

As Nic has said at the moment Webroot Development are still working on getting this sorted out.

Having said that, unless I am much mistaken/something has changed that I am not aware about, we do have a temporary fix for the issue the details of which you can find here. This does involve a little manual 'tweaking' but this is relatively easy to do so hopefully this will sort you out until such time as an official solution is available.

Hope that helps?

Regards, Baldrick
