Firefox Webroot Filtering Extension Issue

To fix the Firefox Webroot Filtering Extension Issue, the temporaray fix on the Webroot site states for me to "Remove existing instances of the extension" how do I do this?
Update: the actual comment on the Webroot site is "Remove any existing versions of the Password Manager extension"
