Hello, I recently renewed my webroot subscription. I turned off the firewall to download windows 10, because apparenlty it was preventing it. Windows 10 now works just fine, and I turned my firewall back on.
However, the firewall is periodically turning itself off without permission. What is going on?

Do you have any other security programs installed besides Webroot? I do not think I have ever seen Webroot turn off a firewall, so I suspect there is something else going on...
