Folders missing after threat removal

Threat Removal does not remove folders, or non infected files such as photos: only the actual executable files are removed. I really do not have a suitable explanation for them being missing other than the threat removal process itself would not have done this.
Please submit a Trouble Ticket and let Webroot Support take a look, see what was removed, and hopefully figure out what did happen to the folders and photos. There is NO CHARGE for having Webroot Support take a look at it: it is always free of charge for holders of a valid WSA license.
If you do not mind, let us know what Support has to say in the end. I would be very interested to know just what did happen in this case.
