I'm a little perplexed at what are you looking for...Your user name and password for Webroot? Are you asking how to get online with Back up and Sync? Or are you asking for online My Webroot Account

If you are asking how to sign into Back up and Sync then you use your email address and password that you sign up with Webroot.
