full system scan

There is no need to run a 'Full Scan' with WSA as the default 'Deep' scan is the equivalent in WSA terms. For more information on the difference between a 'Full' scan and a 'Deep' scan please see this KB Article.
 
EDIT: My apologies...on rereading my response I realised that I had not really answered your question...so, if you wish to customise a scan you do this by (i) clicking on the gear/cog symbol to the right of the PC Security tab in the amin app panel, (ii) click on the 'Scan & Shields' tab in the next panel displayed, (iii) the 'Scan & Shields' panel click on the 'Custom scan' tab in the bottom lefthand corner & that should reveal all the scanning options available to the user including the 'depth' of scan.
