Running on a Mac. macOS Catalina. Webroot says it can’t connect to internet yet all other applications are running normally. Have tried to remove Webroot and reinstall but says I cannot delete it because it is open. Its not showing open on the icon.

Then use this link to download the latest version for Catalina and Big Sur only! https://mac.webrootmultiplatform.com/production/wsa-mac/10.15/9.1.5.87/WSAMAC.dmg
