I was on the phone for several hours this am, and did not get my problem fixed. I had to wait so long, my phone
ran out of juice. Anyway, now I need to get rid of Mozilla firefox. Not sure where it came from. Not real happy with you guys right now.

Welcome to the Community Forums.
Well, if you want to get rid of Firefox all you have to do is to uninstall it using the Add or Remove Program Control Panel applet...it should uninstall just like any other application.
Not really sure what this has to do with being on the phone...to Support I presume?
