I got an email from some company that said I was to be charged to an online payment service almost $600.00 I do not want to be to specific just in case those bad guys are watching this  web group. Anyway of course i opened the attachment oops am i now hacked? i ran webroot and webroot found nothing am i still hacked though? please let me know any help would be much appreciated I tried to go to the web based payment service and report the email they AI gave me an adress to send it too I wanted to see if AI could look at email an attachment to see if any code could be written into my computer from opening the email attachment please reply thanks

thank you Daniel I try cicking on that link above and it sends me to a webroot loging page(Ithin) that says we have already had contact with my email address so no way of starting a ticket that would be from that link I think please advise is my computer hacked?

Hello ​@RROKayO if you are getting this (see pic below) after you click the link and put in your email address, that is your continuous support link associated with your email address. If you forgot the password Webroot sent you for your Support Ticket, click the “Forgotten Your Password” link and Webroot will send you your password at your email. Once you have done that you can start a new Support Ticket.

Note: When submitting a Support Ticket, Please wait for a response from Support. Putting in another Support Ticket on this problem before Support responses will put your first Support Ticket at the end of the queue

If you don’t have that email address use another one you have access to and use that one and start a new Ticket only support can help you we can’t help on the Community!

well I did log in to the link but then it took me to a place that looks like pretty purple titled responses from webroot and green tittled questions from me I am not sure what that is even about concerning the phishing email?

​@RROKayO What you were looking at was probably a Support Ticket you sent in awhile back.
