got phone message from1 855 926 2257 asking me to call about samething I did that will affect my com

THIS IS A SCAM!!  Neither Microsoft nor any other company sends emails, pop ups, or phone calls of any kind advising that you may have a problem.
 
If you clicked anything links, allowed them to remote into your computer, or went to any web sites please submit a Trouble Ticket ASAP.  (Now would be a good idea....)

get these calls almost daily. If I have a minute to spare I usually play along up until they want to remotely connect, then I tell them that they should get a real job and quit scamming people. Despite routinely pissing them off they still call often. Usually they call from "spoofed" numbers. Cellular companies have really got to do something about the massive number of spoofed calls made daily. We can send a smart car to Mars but we can't stop "Dan Connors" (the name the fake Microsoft guy from India gave me) from using a phony number (pun intended) to scam me.

Hey that reminds me of last week someone called my house using my own phone number which shows up pm the TV screen who is calling. I said how can I be calling my own phone and so I called TimeWarner and asked them and he told me it's a computer program these spoofers have that are capable of doing this and to not answer those scam calls! 😃

It seems like this number has been calling people since several days ago. Found several recent reports filed yesterday at http://www.whycall.me/855-926-2257.html. Several people have reported them as scammer, so it's best to just block the number if possible. Also share this to your family and friends, so they will be aware of these scams.
