Had webroot, expires tomorrow. Bought new webroot antivirus program on line from Webroot.
Program downloaded, won't run.
Did not get email with keycode.
No email at all.
Paid for new program that is not working, need tech help and keycode

Welcome to the Community Forums.
Well, if you already have WSA installed on your system there is no need to use the download to try to install it. All you need to do is to enter your new keycode in your exizting installation (you do that by clicking on the gear/cog symbol to the right of the 'Utilities' tab, and on the right had side of the next panel displayed you will see the entrynfield & 'Activate' button to use).
Now if you purchased a new subscription, rather than renewing your existing one you should have received an email with amongst other things a new keycode...so please check your emails again, and also any junk folders enabled into which the email may have been inadvertently directed to.
If you check all of this and still no email then your only recourse is to Open a Support Ticket, to advise the Support Team and ask them to investigate this apparent no show.
