Has any one been "encrypted" today?
Today while in Chile all my files have been encrypted. First a Webroot article about a new encryption and ransom appeared in my I Phone so I decided to open my laptop to read it and the article was nowhere to be found, not even in the phone. Shortly after I noticed all my files were useless. So far I have not received a demand for ransom. I have also contacted Webroot to get help. Does anyone have any experience to share?

Sorry to hear about your experiences. As far as I am aware you have done all that you can and hopefully your Support Ticket will be responded to soon.
What I would suggest is that you refrain from using your system as much as you can as in some cases certain variant of ransomeware can end up replciating themselves to sevearl places in your system, usually when rebooting, so as to make it harder to root them out.
Best to leave the system alone until you are contacted by the Support Team.
