I'm having a hard time upgrading my machine to Windows 10
I received the message that I need to uninstall Webroot because it was not compatible
I was able to uninstall Webroot without a problem
Then I get a message that I have to uninstall Spy Sweeper
Spy Sweeper does not appear in the list of programs on my computer
I think Spy Sweeper was the name of the Webroots product at one time
I would appreciate knowing how anyone got around this situtation.
Has anyone been unable to upgrade to windows 10 because of the need to uninstall Spy Sweeper?

Welcome to the Community Forums.
I am not sure why what you are describing should be occurring but just to make sure that there are no vestiges of older Webroot software please take a look at and follow the instructions detailed in this KB Article that deals withthe removal of Webroot legacy software.
