Has anyone ever had Web Root dissapear from their computer although the owner did not remove it?

Removed as in uninstalled?
 
I am not sure the possibilities of this as I am fairly sure that there is a CAPTCHA that has to be filled out to deactivate the software.
 
Is it a possibility that the Webroot icon is misisng from the tackbar? If this is the case, a system reboot would most likely solve.

You are correct, Corey but I have heard of other users complaining about this happening...not often but it has been seen before...but I am not sure if anyone has been able to determine the root cause.
 
May well be one that it would be worth Opening a Support Ticket so the Support Team can investigate.

Am not surprised, Corey, it seems to happen very, very sporadically/rarely. :@
