No, I am afraid that WSA does not include Family or Parental Controls.
To get that functionality you will need to look at a 3rd party applciaiton specifically designed for the purpose. I can offer you some suggestions as to where to look but cannot do it here in the Webroot Forums, so if you are interested/I can be of help please send me a private message (option to do this to the left of your avatar in the top left hand corner of each forum page) and I share with you that way, outside the open forum.
