Have had webroot for 2 years. Now my computer has been scrambled with CRYPTO virus.  Now what do I do?  This was not supposed to happen!  Does webroot have a solution?

Contact support ASAP - they may be able to help get your data back, depending on which ransomware strain this is.

Have tried.  Wait is +45 minutes.  Can't they schedule a time to call me?  What about sending me instructions via email?

You can submit a ticket online here so that you don't have to wait:

It's probably not the sort of thing where they can send you instructions though.  They'll probably need to remote in to your computer and take a look at what is going on.

Thanks for the quick response.

Forgot to tell you that am unable to get past password.  Have changed password...and it loops me back to password.  Have pressed the button to allow cookies...and it still loops me back to password entry.  What's up?

Are you talking about the online ticket submission?  I'll go ahead and create a ticket for them to contact you.

I think so....used your link as you suggested.  It appears to be the same site I used many times today and last night with the same frustration.  Can't get past password entry page.
