having problems with probsalert. nasty popups and audio that try to get you to call fake microsoft tech.

If you are seeing random a “Computer Health Alert” pop-up and asking you to call a phone number to fix your PC, then your computer is infected with an adware or a potentially unwanted program.
Please look here to remove PUAs
I would advise contacting the support team with an issue such as this if you cannot rid yourself of these popups.
