Hello I have webroot on two computers now I bought a new disc how should i use it to update?

In theory the answer is , No...if you have purchased a new keycode (which happens to come with a boxed CD) then all you really need to do is to enter the ney keycode in the activation window (click on gear/cog symbol to the right of the my Account tab in the main panel to reveal it), and that will start the count down on the number of days that you have subscribed for.
 
A couple of things to consider though...if it is the Webroot version (as opposed to the Best Buy version) then entring your new keycode does not stop the expiration of the old keycode...so you are best to wait until the current code has expired and then enter the new keycode (their is a grace period between expiration of the subscription period and the removal of protection so you will still be covered if you are a few dates late with the switch over).
 
Having said all of that there is nothing to stop you from refreshing your installation by uninstalling the current version and then either installing from the CD or downloading the latest installer from here (Webroot version) and using that instead.
 
Please let us know what your current version of WSA is and what version you have bought on CD...just in case there are any further tips that we need to pass on to you at this time.

Please do advise if the current (but expiring) version of WSA that you have installed is the same as the new version for which you have the new keycode/CD, i.e, Antivirus, Internet Security Plus or Complete, as if the current keycode is for one and the new for another version then there may be some additional information to provide/go through with you in terms of keycode-related data, etc.
 
If they are not different then...no worries.
