Hello. I renewed Webroot and now my Word and Excel say "unlicensed product." Also problems with lag.

If I might add to what Lyle has posted...but on another tack? Have you tried to shut down Webroot protection temporarily and see if that changes something? If you want to try that then just right click on the WSA icon (Green cirlce with 'W' in it) in the notification tray icon, and select 'Shutdown protection', enter the CAPTCHA characters requested and that sould be you done.
Check to see if you are still having the same issue and either way post back with what you find.

PS. Don't forget to re-enable WSA protection by either double clicking the desktop icon or rebooting once done.
