Hello, I've tried Uninstalling agents in the Portal using the(Agents Command) but this doesn't work?

I'm trying to not have to touch each PC that needs an agent Uninstalled, any ideas why it doesn't Uninstall from Agent Command?  Were new to Webroot, so we accidentially created a wrong template in the beginning of our deploy for one of our clients, and trying to resolve by getting the new template/script, with the new agent on the correct Endpoint Site.. Any suggestions, tips?

    If you disable a client in the portal it should uninstall, unless that machine isn't online.  If it still isn't working go ahead and contact support and they'll be able to help;
