Help!
My Webroot internet security expired. I went to best buy and purchased internet security plus. I now have two different keycodes. One is expired and the other is not activated. I seem to be going around in circles and cannot activate the new keycode. Anytime I try to add a PC it just takes me to the Webrrot information screen telling my my subscription is expired. Any suggestions? Thanks in advance.

If you still have Webroot installed, please add the new keycode as shown (1) then activate (2) located in "My Account" cog wheel on the WSA GUI.

+56Just to add if you use the Password Manager you will need to Contact Webroot Support and ask them to transfer your Passwords over to your new keycode.
For some reason I couldn't get to the key code screen, but after trying a few times I finally got there and it looks like it is active now. Thanks for the help!
