Help installing
I bought webroot months ago but lost it. I recently found it but when i went to download it, it said the keycode was incorrect. I tried it many times so i know the keycode is correct.

Make sure you are downloading the correct version. You can download from here unless you have a Best Buy Subscription Software version, in which case you would download from here instead. Also, if it is a Best Buy Subscription Software copy, the subscription begins at time of sale, not at time of first install.

I am only able to find an expired keycode under your email address. Please try copy/pasting the keycode into the installer when prompted (David provided both versions of the installer above)!
You can also Send me a Private Message with the keycode you are trying to use or any other email addresses and I can take a closer look.
