HELP stop the POP UPS!

BTW, I am new here and hope I can fix my PC with this WEBROOT program. Got a trojan virus andromedia and its playing havoc on my system.!!!

I'm sorry I had to edit your email we don't want you to get alot of Spam and it's for your own security!
 
If you are getting that many pop ups then I suggest you issue a Support Ticket
 
This is free of charge with a subscription.
 
You probably have alot of PUAs and Support will gladly assist you in getting rid of them.

Please issue a Support Ticket as advised in the last post they will certainly get this taken care of and the Support Team is very quick to respond.

Andromedia is not a trojan and can be removed by removing it from the add/remove control panel and/or removing it from your browsers. As for the pop-up issues, Webroot is not a pop-up blocker and thus it wont stop them (unless they are malicious). I would advise using a modern browser with a free ad-block plugin like Adblock plus.
