Help with Webroot Safari extension

Hello, 
I am having an issue with logging in to webroot safari extension. When I type in my username and password I am getting a message that says I am typing in the wrong username/email address, Please advise. Thank you.

    Sorry to hear of the issues you're having signing in.
    If you haven't already, try resetting your login credentials. It's very easy to confuse the password and the security code, so I normally recommend writing them down so you know which one is which.
