Hello charly805, and Welcome to the Webroot Community.

The only real way to avoid any issues with WSA blocking, monitoring or preventing apps from running correctly, is to submit the finished app for whitelisting via support, or submit individual files in that way  Submit a Support Ticket

You can also on an individual install choose to allow the software to run easily as shown here

Hope this may be of some help to you.

Thanks, I followed your second suggestion, but it didn't work. I just replaced my HDD with an SSD, can that be the reason why this is happening? Before replacing the HDD, C programs weren't blocked.

Please see this other thread, which may help. https://community.webroot.com/t5/Ideas-Exchange/Instalations-with-a-SSD/idi-p/92994

Or someone else with more knowledge of installs on SSDs will chime in before long. Thanks.
