How can I be assured that my install was correct?
I just found out that I have a virus, and I'm receiving a lot of ad ware pop-ups. I've tried to find it but no such luck. Plus I have two programs running anywhere and complete. I am stumped, if there is any ideas please advise...

Since you posted in the AV only section you can only run one WSA so you don't have 2 runing so do you have the Complete version? http://www.webroot.com/us/en/home/products/compare also what tells you that your infected?
