It is only relatively recently that opening Webroot became a problem. I remember when it opened in the browser I was using at the time.tNow he only way I can open it in Firefox is to login from the internet. when I open Webroot it always defauts to Microsoft Edge, I find that opening it in Edge is frustrating, inconvenient and extremely irritating. How can I get Webroot to open in my preferred browser.

I am using the up-to-date version of Webroot Secure Anywhere.

Hello harrisondih,

Welcome to the Webroot Community,

Here's how to change your default browser in Windows 10.
  1. Navigate to Settings. You can get there from the Start menu.
  2. 2.Select System.
  3. Click Default apps in the left pane.
  4. Click Microsoft Edge under the "Web browser" heading. ...
  5. Select the new browser (ex: Firefox) in the menu that pops up.
Hope this helps?
