How can I find out which threats were removed?

Welcome to the Community Forms.
 
The best way to do that is to save the WSA Threat Log...to do that click on the gear/cog to the right of the Utilities tab in the main app panel, and then select the Reports tab. When in that tab you will see on the left options to 'Save Threat Log'  & 'Save Scan Log'...click on the one for Threats, and follow the guidance/instruction to name & save a copy of the log to your local machine.
 
As a by product of that process saving the file also opens it in the deafult text editor on your system giving you the option to search, cop/paste the contents which should include details of all threats intercepted since the satistic were last cleared.
