HOW CAN i FIND THE SYSYEM TOOLS BUTTON ON THE WSA PLATFORM .?..i DO NOt SEE IT ANYWHERE
I think I may have a form of zeus virus that is embedded in some of my applications / ie quickbooks pro getting user error messages .I saw that webroot support suggested going to system tools and from there try to manully delete unwanted material I do not see sysyem tools button on the webroot secure anywhere platform how can I find tthis.?? thank you in advance for any help

Does Webroot say you have a virus and where did you contact Webroot Support?
You can open Webroot from the system tray and view status and on the right side you will see Utilities. Click the cog buttom to the right and there you will find this below:

Also are you aware that you have free technical support if you have a active Webroot subscription? So if you have a nasty virus Webroot can take care of the threat or check on any concerns you may have.
