How can I get 4 mo. remaining of old subscription added to my new subscription I Just paid for?
I had to refresh my computer and lost my web root virus protection, I tried to redownload, it wouldn't happen, so I just purchased a new download, what do I do to get the credit for my old subscription added to my new one. It is the same computer. I had 4 months left on my old subscription. Thank yor.

This will depend on what type of license both your old one AND your new one are. If either one of them is a Best Buy Subscription, this will not be possible.
If both of the licenses are directly through Webroot, please submit a Trouble Ticket to have Webroot Support take a look. If both are of the same type (WSA-Antivirus for example) then it may be possible to combine the two.
If you are not sure if any of your licenses are a Best Buy Subscription Software key code, Webroot Support can also help you determine that as well.
