I am trying to download a youtube to MP3 converter but can't get past the firewall . I followed to directions from the converters website but still cannot get anywhere. The message I got from webroot stated that I have to go through the webroot console but I can't seem to find it. Can someone help ?

Please check the URL/IP with BrightCloud http://www.brightcloud.com/tools/url-ip-lookup.php for the  youtube MP3 converter.that you are trying to use.

If I may add, to all the great information and guidance that Sherry has provided...what exactly are the messages that you are getting in relation to the issue?  I am not quite understanding exactly what you mean by "...can't get past the firewall" and I have never seen a message from WSA that one has "...to go through the webroot console".

 

It would be helpful to me if you would provide further information on this.

 

Of course, if the problem has been resolved thanks to Sherry then please ignore my request as I do not want to waste your time.
