Webroot has stopped Hotspot Shield working on my computer.  Hotspot Shield list Webroot as being one of the variety of reasons this proxy server is prevented from operating properly.  They advise contacting Webroot to provide a change in the installed software to allow Hotspot Shield to function properly.  What can you advise?

The best route is Opening a Support Ticket so that everyone with similar issues can have the program  whitelisted.
