How can I make my Up Dates and Back Ups successful ?
I just don't understand how to get them right .

I suggest you contact a local professional. You need help that we can't provide here in the Community. Many of us have tried, in vain, and are getting nowhere with all of this because you fail to respond. Please forgive me for being blunt but I honestly don't know what other advice to give you.
