Hello and Welcome to the Webroot Community!

May I ask if the date is set correctly on the system? If it continues please Submit a Support Ticket and they will let you know what's happening! Also please let us know as it could help other users.

Thanks,

Daniel 😉

The support team found another scan that did not show in my management console that had the same IP Address as the computer in question. That came from a trial that had been installed at that time. Understandable. But, at this time, have not gotten an explanation as to why the ones from wrong IP Addresses are there. Will post if figured out.

Thanks for letting us know, so you have a static IP address? Is it a laptop and it scanned where you were at the time?

It is a desktop computer so would always have same address.

Yes, it stays the same always. The first scan in December 2011 IP Address was the same as the one after this install and the ones in the middle were different. No Webroot product was installed during that period.

Support team could not come up with an answer as to why scans showed under a different IP Address when no Webroot product was even installed. No big deal, was just curious as to how it happened. Guess it will remain a mystery. Appreciated the effort and quick response of the team.

Thanks for letting us know and I wouldn't worry about it if it was a one time thing. Also do you have the IP still? Can you send it to me via PM with your current IP? https://community.webroot.com/t5/notes/privatenotespage/tab/compose/note-to-user-id/758

Thanks,
