I realy do not know what you are asking for without more information?
 
Are you trying to renew a new keycode and activate your subsciption? Or are you trying to reactivate a computer that you have deactivated. Or are you trying to renew your subscription?
 
If you are renewing Webroot you will need to activate your new keycode by following the steps here.
 
If you have deactivated your PC please look here to reactivate.
