Hello, I installed the Webroot software to my PC and Laptop a few weeks ago and just set up my online account. The online account is not showing either of these under the "Protected PCs" icon. How do I add them?

They will show after a couple of scans on each when it communicates to the Cloud and up to an hour after they should be listed!

If I may add, when you go to your online account and click the Go to PC Security button, make sure that the VIEW drop-down box in the upper right hand corner shows "PC Name (A-Z)".
